What is the "Trust Score"?
The Trust Score is designed to enhance trust and credibility among users. It ranges from 1 to 3, with each level representing a higher degree of trust based on the information and credentials provided by the company.
Levels of Trust Score:
Level 1 - Basic Information Update: To achieve Level 1, companies need to update their basic information on the platform.
Level 2 - Certificate Upload: Attaining Level 2 requires uploading a relevant certificate- it could be an affiliation certificate with a global forwarders organization or a local freight forwarding certificate. The certificate must be in English, and upon submission, we will review and confirm it. The certificate you upload can be seen by other network members.
Once your level 2 Trust score is confirmed, an All Forward Membership certificate will be granted to you. You will be able to view and download the certificate from the "certificates" box in your company profile.
Level 3 - Exclusive to Pro Members: Level 3 is reserved exclusively for Pro members of our platform. This level involves a more comprehensive check of the company, prior to approval.
