How to use the Quotes Dashboard?
The Quotes dashboard concentrates all the quotes you receive and send, as well as their status.
To access the Quotes dashboard, go to "The Network" in the menu.
The upper part of the page presents you multiple filters.
In the upper part of the page, you'll find various filters for easy quote management. You can search manually:
or use filters based on:
- Time
- From/To Location
Country From/ To
Below the location filters, you'll find quote status filters.
Each box displays the number of quotes in that specific status.
Clicking on a specific filter will display only the quotes in that status.
Under each filter you can take the relevant action:
- Under "Offer accepted" you can see the details of the offers you accepted
- Under "Offer received" you can view offers you've received and haven't accepted yet.
- Under "Pending for Your Reply," you can submit a quote to both forwarders and importers/ exporters.
- Keep in mind that quotes are moved to the "Expired" section after 10 days.
