How to Track All My Shipments via All Forward platform- Importers, Exporters
Even if you've arranged shipping through another service or provider, All Forward enables you to track any shipment with our cutting-edge system. By utilizing our advanced technologies and AI capabilities, we provide precise and real-time insights into your cargo's journey. Whether it's a container number, bill of lading, or booking number from another platform, our platform offers an integrated view to keep you informed every step of the way. Each tracking costs one credit.
Step 1: Go to "My Shipments" > "Search & Ship"

Step 2: Check your credits status and Purchase Tracking Credits if needed.

Step 3: Enter Your Tracking Details: You can choose FCL/LCL and use the bill of lading (BL) number, container ID, or booking number to track your shipment. Enter any of these details into the tracking system.

Step 4: A pop up window will appear: Review the route and confirm this is your shipment. If it's not your shipment click "X" at the upper right side to close the window.

Step 5: Create the tracking shipment: Add the shipment's full details so that you'll have a complete view of your shipment.
Note that the Carrier name, Vessel, ETA, ETD and Container type will be auto filled with the relevant information


Step 6: Activate Tracking: Click on "Create tracking shipment" to automate the tracking on your shipment via All Forward platform. Your credits will be deducted by one credit from your balance when clocking on "Create tracking shipment".

Step 7: Monitor Your Shipment: Once tracking is activated, you can monitor the real-time location and status of your shipment directly from your dashboard. You can find in under "My Shipments" > Shipment Tracker.
