How to Share Shipment Tracking with Your Customers- Forwarders
Forwarders, book your shipments with All Forward and share a personalized tracking link with your customers. They can monitor their shipments on a tracking page that excludes the pricing details. Plus, enhance your brand presence by adding your logo to the tracking page.
Access the Shipment Tracker. Select Ongoing Shipments tab to view your active shipments.
Click the Paper Clip Icon near the shipper/ consignee- this will generate the Tracking Link- which will allow your customer to track all his shipments done on the platform.
Share the Tracking Link with Your Customer via mail or other communication platform of your choice, by pasting the the copied tracking information. Your customer will receive a link that allows them to monitor their shipment's progress without seeing pricing details.
That's it! You've successfully shared the shipment tracking link with your customer, providing them with real-time visibility into their shipment's journey.
