How to request a rate from the Network- Importers, Exporters, Forwarders
Navigate to the upper right corner of your screen and click on the "Instant Quote" button.
Fill in the required details to receive a quote. If you need assistance, refer to our guide: How to search for rates- Instant Quote .
If you are not satisfied with the rate you received or did not receive a rate, you have the option to send your quote request to the forwarders network.
Scroll through the results to the bottom of the page.
Complete the fields for Commodity and Target Rate (if applicable).
Select your preferred recipients for this request by choosing among:
- Forwarders in the Origin country, or
- Forwarders in the Destination country, or
- Forwarders in both the Origin and Destination countries, or
- Worldwide (less recommended due to potential spam)
Click "Send" to submit your quote request.
