How to Change Your Password
Method 1: Via Password Reset Link
Step 1: Access the Password Reset Page
Go to the password reset page by clicking on the following link: https://app.all-forward.com/Account/ForgotPassword
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Once you are on the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your All-Forward account in the provided field.
Step 3: Submit the Password Reset Request
After entering your email, click on the “Submit”. This action will send a password reset link to your email.
Step 4: Check Your Email
Open your email inbox and look for the password reset email from All-Forward. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder.
Step 5: Follow the Reset Link
In the password reset email, click on the provided link to proceed with setting a new password. This link will redirect you to a password update page.
Step 6: Create a New Password
On the password update page, you will need to create a new password. Make sure your new password meets the following criteria:
Minimum Length: At least 8 characters
Uppercase Letter: At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
Lowercase Letter: At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
Number: At least one digit (0-9)
Special Character: At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)
Step 7: Confirm Your New Password
Enter your new password again in the “Confirm Password” field to make sure there are no typos.
Step 8: Submit Your New Password
Click on the or “Submit” button to finalize the password change.
Step 9: Confirmation
You should receive a confirmation message stating that your password has been successfully changed. You can now use your new password to log in to your All-Forward account.

Scroll down to the “Change Password” section within your settings. Click on the "Edit" button located on the right corner of the box.

Step 4: Enter Current and New Passwords
Type your current password in the first field.
Enter your new password in the next field. Ensure it meets the following requirements:

Uppercase Letter: At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
Lowercase Letter: At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
