Fill in the pick up details according to your required inco-terms: For FOB - click the 'Origin Port' field, start typing the name of the required port and select it from the dropdown menu

Enter your email address and click the Sign Up button.

You will be directed to the homepage with an option to resend the activation email.

How to Request a Quote from Members in the Network- Freight Forwarders

Click Network from the top menu bar, then select "Request a quote".

Select your shipment type: FCL\ LCL\ AIR.

Select your Shipment terms- FOB\ Ex Works\ FCA.

For FOB, insert the origin port name and specify the ready date.

For Ex Work, insert the city name, zip code and specify the ready date.

For FCA, insert the origin port name and specify the ready date.

Choose the delivery type by inserting either the port name or the the final address and zip code. Choose delivery type: either port name or final address

Select the container type, specify the number of containers and If your shipment is overweight, click the corresponding button.

Forwarders, book your shipments with All Forward and share a personalized tracking link with your customers. They can monitor their shipments on a tracking page that excludes the pricing details. Plus, enhance your brand presence by adding your logo to the tracking page.

Access the Shipment Tracker. Select Ongoing Shipments tab to view your active shipments.

Click the Paper Clip Icon near the shipper/ consignee- this will generate the Tracking Link- which will allow your customer to track all his shipments done on the platform.

Share the Tracking Link with Your Customer via mail or other communication platform of your choice, by pasting the the copied tracking information. Your customer will receive a link that allows them to monitor their shipment's progress without seeing pricing details.

That's it! You've successfully shared the shipment tracking link with your customer, providing them with real-time visibility into their shipment's journey.

Creating a Post on the Network Feed

In the All Forward Network Feed, you have the option to create Network Posts for your company. These posts can be published in a few different ways:

Internally: Share important updates, announcements, or news with your team members.
To Partners: Extend the reach of your posts to include your partner companies.
Pro users only: Network-Wide: If you have a Pro membership, you can publish your Network Posts to all network members, thus broadening your exposure and influence.

Before you begin If you're creating a Network Post with a link, keep in mind that you can only add the link, text and image to the post.

How to create a Network Post:

Go to Home Page.
Enter your text and click the Photo icon to upload a photo from your computer.

Select the type of post you want to create on the “Who can see this” section. It will also be published to your company Page later. If you choose to only run your post as an internal update, the post won't appear on your Page.

If you want to restrict countries that can see your Network Post, Select countries on the “Who can see this” section.

Click on POST.
