Great! You're looking to onboard another team member to All Forward. __You have two methods to invite them: __

Via Settings Click on your company logo located at the top right corner of the screen.

From the dropdown, choose Settings.

Navigate to the Team members Tab on the left pane.

Click Add a team member

In the pop-up window:

Optionally, upload a photo by clicking the face icon.
Fill in the required fields: Full Name, Email, and Role. ** Note that the Role can be either an Admin or Operator. An admin can add, approve and delete team members while operators can not.
Click Add.

Upon successful addition, the new team member will receive an email invitation with login details.

Via Company Profile

Click on your company logo located at the top right corner of the screen.

From the dropdown, select Company Profile.

Begin by clicking on the link below to sign up: Sign up to All Forward

Enter your email address and click the Sign Up button.

Fill in your personal details, set your desired password, then click Next.

Share relevant details about your company, then proceed by clicking Next.

Choose the services you offer, then click Finish.

You will be directed to the homepage with an option to resend the activation email.

Check your email and click the activation link to finalize your account setup and begin maximizing your business potential.

Fill in the pick up details according to your required inco-terms: For FOB - click the 'Origin Port' field, start typing the name of the required port and select it from the dropdown menu

For Ex-works - click the incoterms button (marked in blue)

Click the pick up address field

Start typing the required address and select it from the dropdown menu

How to find partners in the All Forward Network

While you're logged in, click Network on the top bar then click the Members Directory.

Click the search bar and type in your search. You can search by country, city or company name

Utilize the range of search filters located on the left-hand side of the page- such as 'Country,' 'City,' 'Specific Services,' 'Last Login,' and more—to refine your list of potential partners.

You have the option to select multiple countries from the list simultaneously to broaden your search for potential partners.

You can also sort by 'Services Offered' and/ or change the sorting order to be alphabetical (A->Z or Z->A), by 'Last Login,' by 'Company Name,' or by 'Foundation Year' to tailor your search results.

Browse the results and select a forwarder you wish to view. Click View Profile.

You were now directed into the forwarder's profile page. Here you can find details about their company and team members.

Once you are ready to connect with them, click the Add Partner button. An invitation to connect will be sent to them.

How to Request a Quote from Members in the Network- Freight Forwarders

Click Network from the top menu bar, then select "Request a quote".

Select your shipment type: FCL\ LCL\ AIR.

Select your Shipment terms- FOB\ Ex Works\ FCA.

For FOB, insert the origin port name and specify the ready date.

For Ex Work, insert the city name, zip code and specify the ready date.

For FCA, insert the origin port name and specify the ready date.

Choose the delivery type by inserting either the port name or the the final address and zip code. Choose delivery type: either port name or final address

Select the container type, specify the number of containers and If your shipment is overweight, click the corresponding button.

How to Share Shipment Tracking with Your Customers- Forwarders

Forwarders, book your shipments with All Forward and share a personalized tracking link with your customers. They can monitor their shipments on a tracking page that excludes the pricing details. Plus, enhance your brand presence by adding your logo to the tracking page.

Access the Shipment Tracker. Select Ongoing Shipments tab to view your active shipments.

Click the Paper Clip Icon near the shipper/ consignee- this will generate the Tracking Link- which will allow your customer to track all his shipments done on the platform.

Share the Tracking Link with Your Customer via mail or other communication platform of your choice, by pasting the the copied tracking information. Your customer will receive a link that allows them to monitor their shipment's progress without seeing pricing details.

That's it! You've successfully shared the shipment tracking link with your customer, providing them with real-time visibility into their shipment's journey.
